Bauxite, sulfuric acid, and clean underground water are reacted under high temperature and pressure to ensure complete reaction.

2. Filtration & Concentration

Filtration process

Multiple filtration stages remove impurities and slag, followed by concentration and evaporation for purity.

3. Cold Crystallization

Crystallization process

The concentrated solution undergoes cold crystallization to form uniform aluminum sulfate crystals.
